Forma Global Advisors was founded by two international development and economic partnership specialists who share a passion for creating opportunities through skills, education, and collaboration.

After years of working together on international education and workforce development initiatives, we established Forma Global to help organizations navigate complex challenges, build partnerships, and deliver results.

Together, we bring almost 40 years of combined experience across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We have worked alongside governments, post-secondary institutions, industry leaders, international financial institutions, and development partners to design, secure, and implement initiatives that strengthen workforce systems and expand economic opportunity. Through this work, we saw a growing need for practical, hands-on advisory support that bridges strategy and implementation.

Today, we help clients turn ambitious ideas into sustainable results through strategy development, market entry, partnership building, program design, proposal development, and implementation support. Our experience includes work with organizations such as Global Affairs Canada, the Asian Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, as well as colleges, institutes, and partners across Canada and around the world.

For more than 16 years, she has worked with leaders in business, government, and education across the Indo-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond, turning ideas into partnerships and action.

Comfortable across cultures and sectors, Milica works at the intersection of international business development, strategic partnerships, and economic competitiveness, bringing people together to move opportunities forward.

Camille Khoury

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Camille brings 20 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic negotiation, and partnership expansion.

Over the course of his career, he has developed and led collaborations with educational institutions, governments, industry, and community organizations, connecting diverse stakeholders to achieve meaningful, lasting results.

With a strong foundation in negotiation and international public policy, Camille’s strategic approach and collaborative leadership have enabled him to navigate complex global environments and consistently deliver on organizational goals.
